Nope! We're happy to host horses from anywhere in the world. If your country isn't already included in our Search Locations we can easily add it.

Just video management! The listings are otherwise identical. If you're already managing your sale horse videos on YouTube then you'll be set with our Standard Package.

It depends!

Sale Horse Listings: No. If you need to add additional video after the listing has launched you will need to either purchase additional editing minutes, or submit the new videos as YouTube links.

Sale Barn Listings: Yes! If you're a Sale Barn client subscribed to our Video Package video editing is included in your monthly base cost.

After a thorough review of your sale horse & their target market, we'll wordsmith a listing description that captures key selling points & targets your most likely buyer.

Resulting copy is free to use on your website, socials, and even other advertising platforms.

Monthly Subscriptions are processed on the 5th of each month to the credit card on file. All horses with active Listings on the 5th will be charged according to our tiered rate.

Monthly fees are processed automatically until we are notified of cancellation.

Yes! You'll be sent a private link to review your new Sale Barn or Sale Horse Listing & request any changes. No listing goes live without full review & approval from the seller or their agent.

Timelines are based on when production on your listing begins, which is after media has been received, reviewed, and approved:

• • Sale Horse Listings: Usually 1-2 business days
• • Sale Barn Listings: Usually within a week but dependent on number of horses submitted
• • Professional copywriting requests may extend these estimates
• • Launch timeline assumes client promptly responds to review request when sent

This is usually due to a lack of quality media and rarely has anything to do with the animal itself.

Any horse suitable for hunter/jumper competition— at any level— is welcome to market with us, but video must be clear and useful and photos must meet a minimum standard. If a listing is declined, submission of higher quality media is usually all that's needed.

No fees are processed until listing has been approved.

We personally handle all updates for clients— this keeps our presentation consistent & our content clean. To send us an update for your horse, including new photos or videos, visit our Client Corner and select "Update".

Head on over to our Client Corner and select the "Secure" option to quickly and securely submit a new payment option for your account.

Yes! Just head over to our Client Corner and select the "Close" option to let us know. When it's time to relaunch just reach out to Amber with any new details &/or media. Ads are updated as needed before re-launch.

No Re-stocking Fees for Sale Barn horses

No Re-stocking Fee for listings re-launched within 90 days

Listings re-launched after 90 days:
Re-Stocking Fee: $29, or $49 if video editing is required.

Listings re-launched after 6 months:
Re-Stocking Fee: $49, or $69 if video editing is required.

Listings re-launched after 9 months:
Re-Stocking Fee: $59, or $79 if video editing is required.

Notify us of a sale or cancellation by selecting the "Close" option in our Client Corner.

Notify us of cancellation before the 1st of the month to be removed from that month's charges.

No refunds are issued for listings canceled mid-month.

Monthly subscription fees will automatically process until we are notified of cancellation.

Yes! All listings are saved and can be re-launched at a later date.

Sale Barn Listings re-launched after 60 days are subject to a re-stocking fee.

Charges process on the 5th of each month.

• • The total number of active Horses on your Sale Barn page is multiplied by our current tiered rate, then added to your base subscription, to arrive at your total. View estimated monthly costs here.
• • Horses added mid-cycle are charged a pro-rated rate in the next billing.
• • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We're sad to see you go, but cancelling should still be easy! Look for the Close Listing option in our Client Corner.

Your listing won't vanish immediately, but we'll close it as soon as possible and you won't be billed again.

All listings are saved in case you'd like to re-launch in the future.
